Recovery Time ...

I didnt get to upload this image until extremely late as I have had a bad day with my Hypermobilty Syndrome my knees were in so much pain that I could hardly sit or walk properly most of the day and I felt like I had the s...t kicked out of me I ached that much all over, I cried most of the day I did manage to go to the Doctors though and she has organised me to has an xray on my knees as they are making a quelchy noise and clicking extremely bad and my right knee cap keeps moving.

I think what has caused it to be so bad again this time is I took the photos of the children quite low so I had to sit on my knees, grrr.

Another new day tomorrow, I should feel better tomorrow.
