Glorious morning

but much colder.

Just great to be back to blue skies though. I put some washing out before church and took another look around the garden spotting a huge bramble under the Buddleia in the back corner.   Should have left it but managed to get a good bit of it out without damaging my ‘Sunday Best’! 

I also spotted some catkins. A few on the twisty willow shrub we have in the back corner but lots more on tree branches coming over the wall from the converted chapel at the bottom of our garden.
They looked great against the blue sky but close up too as seen in the blip.

Chris is finally putting the remaining bulbs in tubs, it will be interesting to see what comes up!

More rugby and jigsaw this afternoon and then son Alex coming for tea (not sure he will have got over England losing yesterday!) We will certainly be having Yorkshire puddings for  Yorkshire puddings day!
