Frost damage

The cold spell in December took its toll on our Cabbage Tree, the same thing happened in 2010, I had to cut it down to ground level and dispose of the trunk. It regrew with four trunks and looked good.
However I'm getting too old to deal with it this time, on Tuesday a firm is coming to remove it, stump and all.
They are also removing a gum tree which was supposed to only grow to 7 metres max. HaHa! that was a fairy story.
No doubt the event will be a blip opportunity on Tuesday, all being well.
