Semolina Halva

Recently one of my neighbours suddenly died and today was the funeral. A Turkish Cypriot and it was a Muslim funeral in a local mosque.
This semolina halva is a traditional food distributed to the mourners .
I didn’t always understand what was being said but glad I went as he was a very kind man and a good neighbour…..
