Exciting

My lovely friend Carol gave me this Bottle Brush cutting last autumn. At that point neither of us were sure it was rooted or would survive, so I placed a plastic bag over it, watered it well and placed it in my conservatory.
Well it most certainly has survived, and today I noticed it has a strong new shoot growing from the stem!
I am really excited, I have always wanted a Bottle Brush plant.
