Competant Crew?

Start of the long journey down from Cumbria to the Solent, where on Monday I plan to join a sailing ship and learn how to be a competant crew on something a bit larger than a laser dinghy. I'm also attempting to start my day skipper theory on-line, but that's slow going. Hopefully, the practical experience will shed some light on the modules. 
But before that there is the first leg of the journey and the drive to  Evesham.
