Worn out

Andrew has a cold and Nick is putting the nursery together, so neither one was with us this afternoon.  But Charlie came with Sarah and this is what he looked like when the boys finally left - all the noise and commotion is more than an older dog can take.  I had the thrill of being able to see the baby moving inside Sarah; he's very active now and keeps kicking her in the ribs.  His birth is just a couple of weeks away.

The twins are at a point now where they keep wanting to take each other's toys, but so far there have not been any real rows.  Sam was feeling grumpy today and said he wanted to fight Max.  No fight took place.  Lex made a delicious kidney-friendly dish for dinner and I was able to take home the leftovers.  All in all, a lovely time.
