Sunrise at the start of my 4th Blip year!

And we have some progress with our house - still don't know if we're a repair or a rebuild and nothing from the insurance company, but the team coming to do the penetrometer core samples, so a foundation can be designed came today to set up for the drilling next week. Very exciting, yet scary - who knows what they will find.
