We had a phone call first thing this morning to say that a long-awaited toilet seat part had finally arrived. So a very quick trip into town.

A rather nice by-product to that was a quick trip to the Central Market, which was absolutely humming. If you ever visit Adelaide, you have to visit the Market. There's every possible kind of food there - plus variety shops, an Asian food hall, and restaurants. It's really wonderful.

One of my favourite shops is Goodies & Grains - you can buy EVERYTHING in bulk. It's a wonderful organic food store, and the best in Adelaide of its type (in my opinion, anyway, but there's wouldn't be too many people who would argue with me).

Bean counters
