Another beautiful day and this time I made it outside to enjoy it. After practicing ground work in self defence class I met some friends in the meadows and played about doing acro for a couple of hours. I managed to do a couple of new lifts and did the one from the end of Dirty Dancing without falling on my face. It was much fun.
