Grannies Green Steps.

Although spelt Granny’s Green Steps on the sign put up by the city, I prefer the original name.
This development was completed in 2001 and was originally part of the traditional wash-house & bleaching green for army wives who stayed in Johnstone Terrace just below the Castle.
