Travelling home from Edinburgh today, I was dependent on public transport to get home. The Ards Man had a hospital appointment so couldn’t collect me as usual. I’d a quick journey home, nonetheless, although I forgot my 60-plus travel card so had to pay for my journey; I was so cross with myself! Anyhoo, it makes me appreciate free public transport all the more.
