A Lunchtime Surprise

I saw that it looked like quite a pleasant day as lunch time was approaching, and decided I'd pop up to Turweston. I didn't have the right lenses with me, as my camera bag was still packed for the shoot on Saturday, so I thought I'd try a different angle, and was getting this plane as it was landing. As I looked up after taking a few pictures I recognised the registration of the plane as one that a former colleague and housemate from the early years of my career owned several years back. He sold it a few years ago, and we've lost touch since he moved unfortunately. A shame I'm sure he'd love to know she's still getting out and about on a sunny day (she is 77 years old!)
