Provider updates done. Its a very low key quiz, to satisfy BCAB and i guess in turn ofqual? with as many attempts as you need to get the 100% pass mark. And no reason to not have the relevant course notes also open. But L had to say it "no ones done in a one so far so don't stress about needing a few attempts".   I probably took the same amount of time doing it right once as anyone else who'd boshed through a couple of times but that's not the point
