Done for Mono Monday where the theme is rough, smooth or uneven thanks to pinkhairedlady for hosting .
 Went into town, then decided to have lunch and I fancied a Full English breakfast some have closed and some don't open Monday ,but found a cafe on Burton Road "Grillin 'n' Fillin " excellent and I could have had a proper lunch from the day menu instead,  I photographed it and recommended to a couple of friends , As I had parked for 2 hours outside I then moved along the road to get my hair cut at Franks . As long as you are not in a hurry he is great and just likes chatting about anything and everything to every one in the shop .
