This was not a good idea.
I was supposed to go over to my chef Brett’s house yesterday so we could make ravioli from scratch but he wasn’t in a cooking mood so I didn’t go. Today I decided I would attempt to make them myself since I had the ingredients and the ravioli mold.
It was not great. Now I know why I never make pie crust (the rolling… the rolling pin is my Mom’s) or bread ( no kneader am I). Jerry did help with the rolling.
Apparently the dough was too stiff as the ravioli were a little tough. The pasta maker would have been better than rolling.
We ate them anyway!
