Sky on fire

A silly start to the day with a neighbour hammering on my door when I was on the last minute getting ready to go out.  She said a hob fitted on Saturday had a gas leak. She found out my son worked for the same company as the fitter so wanted his number. By this time I was too late for church.  Fitter asked my son to pop over and check the hob.  It seemed fine.  Next thing she had called the gas emergency service. They also told her all was fine.  Seems she was turning the gas on, then peering at the hob to decide which ring to use, by which time she could smell gas!  Hmmm?!  Early evening I saw a glowing reflection in a house window opposite, so dashed out to capture this amazing sunset.
