No garbage collection

The garbage collectors are on strike. I never knew the Dutch would pile their garbage in the streets like this. And this is out of the way, next to the garbage underground containers. So that's not even too bad. But I've seen photos of streets in Utrecht centre.... That's not the place you want to be right now...
