Train Travel

Hubby drove me to Peterborough station so I could catch the LNER train to Edinburgh.
Lovely sunny day most of the way.

Met a chum in Edinburgh and spent a happy couple of hours in John Lewis’ place to eat before catching a train to Burntisland to see my dad.
Strange being here without going to visit my mum.

Very surprised to win a seat upgrade to first class for the main part of my journey. First time I’ve had success bidding via Seatfrog. I never managed to win an upgrade before.
