Snowdrop Central!

The venue for today’s walk was the House of the Binns. We were hoping the snowdrops were better developed and we were by no means disappointed, they are glorious just now. I think this is the best season for many years!
I always check out the views to the river and was delighted to see the little container ship (today’s extra) heading out to sea. Always reminds me of Masefield’s poem “Cargoes”.
