Still beautiful

A lovely quiet day doing bits and bobs. I had a walk down to the canal when the sun tried to come out. I spotted a heron on the path but I was walking on the edge of the woods so missed getting a shot of it as it decided to fly off just as I got my camera out.
I saw this chrysanthemum was over so decided to take one last photo of it before it went in the green bin. The rose is from last summer.
