Congleton

Tonight we're staying in the iconic hotel in Congleton, one I never set foot in when I was living in the town as a boy. We had a good, if very slow meal in the hotel's restaurant, giving the four of us the first chance to chat together for almost six months.

Guided by Turf, I'm now taking a constitutional around the town, visiting many places I've never been. All slightly surreal.
