This place had a fire in January (please see here). The street had burned smell for a couple of months, and nobody lived or had business there for a while. A pachinko parlor suddenly started their renovation works and restarted their business lately. Well, maybe they got some money from their insurance company....

Pachinko parlors usually has slot machines in a line and row and row. Only adults are permitted to enter because people bet money. ?Me? In fact, I've never been pachinko parlor in my life.
