Tidying Up Needed

Good news:  The plumber came (albeit 5 days later than expected).

Good news:  We have lots of new taps - less dripping or risk of sudden geysers!

Bad news:  As predicted this one was tough to get into so there is some tidying up and repainting needed.  That will be a job for the weekend...  Hopefully I can get it back to better than it was before.
