The Aston Memorial Williamson Park Lancaster

Williamson park was constructed between 1879-1881 on the site of several stone quarries. It was financed by James Williamson, linoleum manufacturer and alderman of Lancaster. The park was further developed by his son Lord Aston who built the Aston Memorial.
