Royal visit

Guess who popped down the the lifeboat station to say hello today.

We all had a great time, the sun shone and we had a nice chat with Prince Phillip.

After a quiet few months over the winter for our lifeboats, preparations for the visit were made a bit more difficult with call outs 3 days ago and yesterday which caused a lot of late night cleaning and polishing. We have also just had another one only a few hours after ! Its a good job it wasn't this morning or there would have been no boat and crew for Her Majesty to visit !.
