Flowers!
The main photograph is of Hazel catkins as the sun rises.
The extra is my annual photograph of the carpet of snowdrops on the banks of the Burn running through the glebe of the sadly redundant Foveran Parish Kirk.
A glebe is a piece of land serving as part of a clergyman's benefice and providing income. The term comes from the Latin gleba, glaeba meaning clod, land or soil.
