Good Deed

Recently I signed up for the "Our Future Health" research project. They are setting up a massive longitudinal research project and creating the most populated health database in the world.
Essentially, you sign up, fill in a number of questionnaires, give them permission to access your medical records and then get measured and blood sampled at their mobile clinics. A very good project.

Though it was very chilly I and foggy  I did my bit . (The mobile clinic was a short bus ride away for a week)
