Castle Crag.

I have photographed this many times but from a distance.  Friar's Crag and looking down the lake to 'The Jaws of Borrowdale,' is my usual photo.  The path I took was from Grange to Seatoller.  I came upon this campsite that gave this close-up view.  I couldn't resist taking the shot even though it wasn't the best of days. The sun appeared and gave the impression of warmth but generally it was cloudy accompanied by a bitter wind.  The photo made up for it though.
