Brisk lunch time stomp round the fields and I made myself veg fried rice for lunch. Thank goodness for blip so I can record all these key events.

I would have been v happy to go to Italian tonight though, my weariness has been successfully addressed.

I’ve pushed on with Happy Valley instead.
