The Frozen Sea.

We have packed a lot in today .
I walked the circuit, my aim is to try and stay present as I walk and notice what I see and hear rather than disappear into my head. [ I did better today}
Later , we visited the coast to experience the frozen sea, the edges are frozen and then sculpted by the waves, so interesting to watch the sculpting in action. Afterwards we went to the highest point on the Islands  that make up Harnosand and looked at the layout of the town and the way
 it nestles into the surrounding hills . Finally , we browsed to our hearts content in the newly developed 'recycle centre ,' as well as a variety of second hand bits and bobs there were lots of things that had been upcycled or made from reused materials . Right up our street . I didn't buy anything but enjoyed looking .
