BBQ time!

It's a public holiday today here, for Buddha's birthday. We'd planned to go for a BBQ to the top of our usual camp site. Showers and thunderstorms had been predicted as well as spells of clear skies, so with that little bit of hope, we decided to still go ahead.

Started my day with the final lesson of our spring bible study and then raced off to catch the ferry to Mui Wo. Martin had enough time to get the coals going before the heavens opened:( we continued to sit out there under umbrellas and got a little wet, but still enjoyed and as we really just wanted to get out of the city. Here's a picture of the lovely BBQ area. We were the only silly ones there!! But we did enjoy it.

Lovely way to spend a PH! Came home to watch the grand finale of American Idol ... I'm really pleased Candice won!
