Freezing fog

This was the scene in Chobham this morning when I stopped off on my way home from dropping my daughter off at Woking station. It was about 8.30 but the road into the village was eerily quiet. Fortunately I had thought to cover my car overnight,  so I didn't have to spend an age de-icing it.
