Bearded Tits

Wow! What a day! I drove over to Radipole in the hope of seeing bearded tits and I wasn't disappointed! At one time, I could see eight of these elusive little birds, feeding on the reed seeds. Not easy to spot or photograph - but that's all part of the fun :) I took many photos but, in the majority, the bearded tits are obscured by reeds, have their backs turned or their heads buried so deep in the reeds that they appear headless! I've chosen a selection, so there are four more in extras and one in my b&w journal.
