A lovely sunny afternoon …

….. ….. ….. after a very chilly morning. I’ve been expecting that February would be even warmer than January was, as that’s what usually happens. Not this year so far.
Now there’s word of another tropical cyclone bearing down on the north of New Zealand; due Sunday/Monday. It’s supposed to be even worse than the previous ones. That’s really concerning.
As for what’s happening in Turkey & Syria - it’s absolutely appalling. It’s made me very thankful for the building codes we have here, otherwise Christchurch and Kaikoura would have been the same as Turkey. Awful!
