appointment at the Musculoskeletal clinic - i need various new bits but the most urgent is my left knee.  i have lost another stone, but need to go a bit further before an op.  at least i know where i am now and had it confirmed just how bad it is...i knew of course, but others thought i might be faking it!

watched:  Aftersun (on Amazon) a beautifully poignant film - 10/10

p.s. i feel i ought to add that this pop up clinic is so busy with bustling consultants and volunteers trying their best to get as many people seen as possible that it warms the heart and shows how the NHS really can do and carry on and care.  we have had no strikes here, thank goodness.
