Cactus

The snow has almost gone. The cactus outside the front door must be quite hardy as it tolerates extremes of temperature. I made bread in the morning and then went for a walk to collect some Amazon orders from the local shop which acts as a depot. It is very convenient as I don't have to stay in to accept parcels. In the afternoon I went into town with Marianne to open a new bank account for the painting group. The Post Office one has become useless as the Post Office will no longer deal with associations so all administration has to be done by post and internet access is very complicated to set up. It took over an hour at the bank partly because the bank employee misspelt a name and then the computer said no. It took half an hour of consultation and phone calls to make the computer change its mind! All should be much easier now.
