Chocolate

J at work wanted to make valentine chocolates for his mum. I bought chocolate and caramel and found a heart shaped mould, cellophane and ribbons. We had a fun morning melting the chocolate and adding the caramel then letting them set in the freezer. It was fun popping them out of the moulds and they came out perfectly. We managed to make enough for his mum, dad and brother and 3 for him to eat himself.
My afternoon student cancelled and I ended up clearing out cupboards of resources at the centre.
