Had to be done

A funny day with meetings at unusual times and work interspersed with calls with the hospital and Social Work thinking about next steps ( always takes so long to plan, then make happen need to start now)  
I decided to grab fresh air and a quick coffee late afternoon. I had every intention of doing some chores etc this evening but my body decided otherwise - so lazy evening it was.
