Feathery

The theme for Abstract Thursday is close up. I took this of some very delicate pelican feathers that I've had for nearly 30 years.  The totem of our Indigenous Australian friend is the pelican, and the women on his reserve make the flowers and sell them. We were gifted some by his father when we visited.

For the second time, I got a message that I was posting on the wrong day although I took this photo this morning. I checked the date on my camera and it's correct. A mystery that I haven't solved yet!
