Close up Abstract
This us one of those days one just waits to end.
I woke up looking like a chipmunk. I was supposed to sleep propped up, but that would be an oxymoron so I elected get a decent night's sleep and risk the consequences.
I've spent hours sitting on the couch with an ice bag on my face.
I still look like a chipmunk.
I made several inconclusive phone calls trying to track down a prescription and instructions on how to return a navy pea coat that is the wrong size .
My phone isn't transferring photos to my computer. I tried airdropping a couple and was told it had been transferred to my Mac...but where? Certainly not in any of the obvious places.
I've resorted to writing this on my phone using a picture of four tiny bird feathers stuck to the kitchen door, each one smaller than about 4mm. This sometimes happens when a bird flies into the glass. I took it by putting my phone right up against the glass. Fortunately this chickadee recovered and flew off.
My sweater knitting project has been torn out after the first six or seven rows for the forth or fifth time. I will refer to my trusty Vogue Knitting book regarding a couple of techniques, and give it one more try...soon. I feel just a bit fragile to take it on again today.
John has been having his own unenlightening conversations on the phone regarding insurance.
I'm still waiting to see if I get a new driver's license....the current one expires in a little over a month.
Sometimes a lot of small problems can just combine to render one almost useless. I'm sure tomorrow will be better. Especially if I don't look quite so much like a chipmunk....
Thanks to Ingeborg for continuing to host this challenge....
