The Art of the Chocolatier...

Afternoon tea with the family and a chat with Faye, an amazingly talented Chocolatier, at the excellent Ash Tea Rooms in Heaton Norris, Stockport. The cakes and chocolates here are amazing, staff are friendly and they are more than pleased to offer you a sample of their home-made fudge - delightful! A far cry from the former Ash Hotel pub that the tearooms were converted from.
