No soggy bottoms

A morning walk down at the beach for a work walking meeting was a lovely way to start the day. Then an evening of baking, tomorrows MHS swimming group is a perfect excuse to try out a cake recipe from my new cookbook. Hopefully there won’t be any soggy bottoms in the morning!
