Eranthis Hyemalis

I assume the name winter aconite is better known. Or winterling.
I like to see these flowers towards the end of the winter. Our nights these days were close to -10°C, the days came hardly above 0. Yet there they are, some square metres of bright yellow blossoms. Lovely.
