I've noticed the use of these 'mist machines' in both Whole Foods, and now, Morrison's to keep the herbs and veggies fresh. Seems to be effective but it really makes you feel chilly, even with the glorious weather outside!

Busy weekend ahead - up to Inverness tomorrow for a final tidy up and check over. I always enjoy our road trips!
