Turkey

After a fairly mediocre run first thing, and a bit of Saturday Kitchen (Alex Jones was AWFUL as a presenter) I dragged himself out for some fresh air and a bit of a walk. He's milking the dental surgery a bit, even taking his anxiety into account, and needed to get outside.  It was a good stomp, around five miles ish (excluding the detour to get some milk) by the time we got back.

Turkey curry (yes, it is from last year) for tea, in a concerted effort to eat through some of the plastic tubs in the freezer.
