Al Fresco…

Managed a wee stroll around part of the Clyde valley walkway, a steep part at that and about 8.5 miles.

Highlight of the day was cracking open the sandwiches and fruit with Lady V who I had to drag out her bed to accompany me. 

Lady V dropping Kyle and Emily at airport as they are off to Copenhagen and then a sedentary evening planned tonight.
