We visited another local parkrun today. Everything went smoothly until we popped along to the new cafe and asked for teas and coffees. Sadly our favourite dog (Dennis) was no longer allowed inside. We didn't think this was reasonable, as the area is very popular with dog walkers. Anyhoo, we sat outside in their tasteful seating area and waited, rather a long time, for the drinks to arrive. Almost a very pleasant experience.
