Lie-Nell-Messy

D and I spent a couple of hours in the garden this morning. We’ve no idea what we’re doing but I had an idea that the roses needed pruning so that’s what we did. After that, D got out the leaf blower and tidied up the front drive while I got the path and porch looking a bit tidier with a stiff broom.
Nell enjoyed being outside and chased round the garden with an old football.
We had a quieter afternoon and now we’re waiting for Poppy to get home from work and having steak and chips for dinner.
