Mum
When I'm in Warlingham I always visit Mum at Greenlawn memorial park. In the morning Sarah and I went to the nearby garden centre and Sarah bought a sheep plant pot which we thought would make her smile. We spent some very happy summers raising orphan lambs in Croydon thanks to Mum's mum (Nanny) who had a farming connection in Oldham.
The look of the place is transformed from when we first placed her ashes there in 2017 thanks to the now fantastic range and quality of fake flowers which is great for those of us who can't visit regularly.
I spent the car journey to and from Warlingham listening to the audible version of 'Hamnet' by Maggie O'Farrell. Wow what a book - it has completely absorbed me, would thoroughly recommend.
